My waiter David was extremely welcoming. We got the truffle pasta in the cheese wheel and it was absolutely incredible! We were seated outside no problem! Not only was the pasta on the house limoncellos were given! 10/10 experience!

The staff were very kind and the food was delicious. David was our server and he was the best! The atmosphere sitting outside on the canal was beautiful and one of a kind. Best pasta in Italy!

Amazing restaurant in a great location. Food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. Received great service by Edon, very friendly and nothing was too much. Made us feel very welcome. Can’t recommend enough!

We were looking for the perfect place for our first restaurant meal in Italy, and Terrazza Sommariva did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. If you're in Venice and looking for great pasta and fresh seafood, you have to check this place out. The dishes were full of flavor and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect introduction to Italian cuisine and left a fantastic first impression. We'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Lovely restaurant with an outdoor gazebo close to the canal to dine but the weather was too hot for that stay inside instead. The food was amazing and really filling but was a bit on the pricey side; water didn’t come with the meals tho, that would be an additional €5 per person. It did take over 35min wait for the food but the drink came pretty quick. The customer service was okay. Note: There’s already some sort of service fee automatically added to your bill. If you’re coming dining with friends and come as a group, all bills for the group as to be paid by one person as the restaurant does not allow separate or splitting checks.

Edon best! We had really good diner here! The waiters were very polite and helped us choose our food, and the prices were very reasonable! At the end, we were offered a gift from the restaurant—limoncello. I will definitely come back here!

They tell you not to dine at restaurants that are near major tourist attractions. This one however gets a pass. They have great food and the service was phenomenal. The view of course was outstanding. Give them a try.
